YOUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT

ACCOMMODATION Three bedrooms for six people; four adults in one double en suite and one twin bedded room. We also have a bunk bedded room which is ideal for children but tight for adults.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area on the West side of the building and there is level ground floor access from either the car park or rear patio doors.  It was fully redecorated in January 2018 and is furnished as the owners' second home, Of course we have lovely views across the famous Thurlestone golf links and out to sea: from the patio or garden the sunsets are sensational.   

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM is an open-plan living area including a modern, very well equipped kitchen with marble worktops, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob. There is a good sized UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, bread maker  and large storage cupboard. The luxurious lounge area has a large sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and a flat-screen television including SKY TV and Freeview.  An array of CDs, DVDs and family games are included in a large storage cabinet.  In addition there is a Bluetooth enabled music system with CD and digital radio. To the rear of the room is a dining area with table and six chairs. French doors at the front of the room lead out to the covered patio area which is ideal for dining rain or shine.


THREE BEDROOMS A spacious master bedroom with  lovely views across the gardens and to the sea beyond. There is a king-sized bed with matching bedside tables,, armchair, two sets of drawers and large built in wardrobe. The luxurious en suite shower room, updated in 2017, includes w.c., handbasin, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point. The comfortable second bedroom has two single beds, matching bedside table and lamps, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The third bedroom has full-size  and good quality bunk beds, bedside table with light and a small table. There is a large chest of drawers in the inner hall.

 N.B. All duvets, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are included.

 

FAMILY BATHROOM with bath, overhead shower, w.c., handbasin, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point.

OUTSIDE COVERED PATIO AREA accessible from the rear French doors and perfect for outside dining: with garden table and seating for six to capture the wonderful sunsets over the Thurlestone headland and sea beyond. It leads directly into the landscaped communal gardens which include a sheltered sunken garden and barbecue area.  

PARKING Designated parking space for one car within 30m level walk of the front door.

OTHER INFORMATION Mainly wooden flooring throughout with carpet in bedrooms.  Wireless broadband is connected for guest use.  Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking. Your dog is most welcome to join you.
